CORONA EXTRA'S "9 Nights to Navidad" SOCIAL MEDIA Holiday CAMPAIGN

If you think Christmas is the ultimate holiday celebration, you may need to re-consider... Latin Americans know how to celebrate right— with not just one day, but nine days of mini holiday parties, called "posadas", celebrated throughout the month of December. In lieu of physical gifts, we offered our Millennial audience the chance to create their own holiday traditions, where time spent together is the gift. We gave fans the tools they needed to create unforgettable moments with their modern family (their drinking buddies), with 1 digital gift released each night. Our campaign video was featured on the brand's social channels touting the 9-night release, driving fans to a responsive website where they unlocked a free gift each night. Gifts included: door-to-door beer delivery, Corona-infused original tamale recipe, Mexican digital board game called "Loteria," with brand-tailored cards, a customized Pandora party playlist, and more. Responsible for concept, creating overall campaign look & visual language, identity treatment, social media post creative, and oversight of all design elements created.
